Over a hundred years ago, women demonstrated in the hope of gaining equal rights and opportunities. This struggle continues to this day.

Olga Rondiak’s “Army of Motanka” is unarmed and not defenceless. It faces its enemy with open arms, but its strength is powerful and feminine. Inspired by the ancient motanka dolls, which are a talisman passed down from mother to daughter, Olha developed this theme by modernising the ancient symbol.
