Art Ukraine Gallery purchased a hearing diagnostic room

Following a silent auction, Art Ukraine Gallery, the first charity gallery of contemporary art, has acquired a hearing diagnostic room for children at the country’s largest children’s hospital, the National Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt”.

During the ongoing war in Ukraine, there is a growing need for specialised medical equipment to diagnose and treat hearing impairment. Many children and soldiers have suffered from shelling, bombing, stressful situations and concussions, resulting in partial or complete hearing loss. This project is an example of a successful synergy between art and charity, when each purchase of an artwork goes beyond its uniqueness and is transformed into a desire to improve medical care for children.
