We are pleased to invite you to the presentation of Olesia Avramenko’s book “Tistol”

This book is a part of Olesia Avramenko’s author’s series in the Accent publishing house, which is dedicated to Ukrainian art and has an educational mission. The publication received scientific support from the Institute of Contemporary Art Problems of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine.

The monographic study of the life and creative path of an extremely bright figure of Ukrainian fine art – the artist Oleh Tistol, depicted against the background of the general cultural situation of the country during the period of the artist’s life.

The book contains 168 pages and 167 reproductions.

The programme of the event includes:

• An artistic discussion and autograph session with one of the most iconic Ukrainian artists Oleh Tistol and art historian and author Olesia Avramenko;
• Curatorial tour by the founders of ART Ukraine Gallery – Natalia Zabolotnaya and Lyudmila Pyshna;
• Welcome drink;
• Opportunity to purchase art by Ukrainian prominent artists in the first charity gallery of Ukrainian contemporary art ART Ukraine Gallery;
• An opportunity to buy a book signed by the authors at a special price – UAH 500.
