Silent auction “Artists of BZH-ART against the darkness”

A silent auction will be held in the halls of the charity gallery of Ukrainian art – Art Ukraine Gallery. The aim of the auction is to support the artists of the BZH-ART association, whose studios are currently without heating.

Matvey Vaisberg, a member of the All-Ukrainian Union of Artists BZH-ART, said:
“The leadership of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine is vandalising its own artistic landing. Currently, the temperature in the studios is 1°C. We have been deprived of electricity, heating and the possibility of connecting to the power station. The actions of one person destroy the artistic works of an entire layer of culture and the opportunity for artists to work.”

That is why the artists will donate part of the proceeds from the sale of the paintings at the charity silent auction to the BZH-ART Foundation, which they founded, to pay for the installation of autonomous heating and electricity in the studios.

The top item of the charity auction is an acoustic electric guitar donated by Valiant Guitar and painted by the famous contemporary artist Pavlo Bevza: 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this musical art object will go to support artists and their workshops.

The exhibition of artists of the BZH-ART association – BZH-ART PROJECT, which features 100 works by 30 artists, is also ongoing. Visit us and support the artists!
