Lina Condes
Lina was born on 3 November 1988 in Cherkasy, Ukraine, to a physics and mathematics professor.
She studied at the Kyiv University of Technology and Design, specialising in fine arts and interior design.
The artist began her exhibition activity in 2016 and, in particular, took part in Art Kyiv Contemporary (created and directed by Natalia Zabolotna), among others:

Lina’s sculptures are created using common industrial stainless steel, fibreglass, wood and stone, with which she seeks to authentically reflect the emotional and mental life of contemporary people. Condes focuses on “mental states”, different emotions and psychological states that she tries to convey through a combination of materials, shape and colour. In a sense, she works with metal and wood as if they were bronze and marble.
Currently, artworks from several series of the sculptor are on display at Art Ukraine Gallery.
